Brandbassador is a platform allowing brands to scale and automate word of mouth marketing. We work with brands such as iDeal of Sweden, PopSockets, MVMT Watches, Daniel Wellington, and the list goes on. Brandbassador was founded by the founders of Onepiece - a pioneer in the adult onesie industry. After running into a number of painful manual tasks, the founders created their own internal system to alleviate their problem. Little did they know, it was a problem countless brands are facing and need a solution to. So, they spent 2 years and over $4 million in development costs to create what is now Brandbassador.

Where we started & Where we're going

2011
Brandbassador 1.0 goes Live

The first portal where Onepiece Ambassadors could log in, create their own discount codes, redeem free product gifts and withdraw their commission launched.

2013
PieceKeepers Launch

Onepiece launch the PieceKeeper programme, and Missions are introduced for the first time, where ambassadors can earn rewards automatically by completing actions online or offline.

2014
Social Currency

With the Onepiece Store in New York City Social Currency launch, where for the first time rewards are given automatically based on social media followers and engagement.

2015
Brandbassador a separate company

Brandbassador launches and takes over from the PieceKeeper program. Brandbassador is separated from Onepiece and is now a separate company. For the first time ambassadors can work with other brands like Popsockets and Daniel Wellington.

2015
Brandbassador Yacht Trip in Caribbean

The first Goal on Brandbassador was achieved - and 10 of the top Brandbassadors were rewarded with an epic yacht trip in the Caribbean.

2016
Seed Round

The first capital raise completed to build a competent board and get in strategic partners like Jørn Lyseggen from Meltwater, Micke Paqvalen from Kiosked and Carl-Erik Hagen from Canica International.

2017
New Brandbassador BETA

After 18 months of development the new Brandbassador platform launches, built on the latest cutting-edge technology.

2017
App Live in iTunes and Google Play store

Working hard for a true mobile and gamified experience for ambassadors, the Brandbassador App launches on iTunes and the Google Play store.

2018
50 Brands Live on Brandbassador

There are now 50 Brands live on Brandbassador from all different industries from all tastes, which rewards their ambassadors with cash, gift cards and free products

250k Brandbassadors

250,000 Brandbassadors are signed up and make up a powerful eco-system of social media influencers and cool kids from around the globe working with their favourite brands.
