Brandbassador is a platform that allows brands to scale and automate word of mouth marketing. We work with brands such as Onepiece, iDeal of Sweden, PopSockets, MVMT Watches, Daniel Wellington, and the list goes on. Brandbassador was founded by the founders of Onepiece - a pioneer in the adult onesie industry. After running into a number of painful manual tasks, the founders created their own internal system to alleviate their problem. Little did they know, it was a problem countless brands are facing and need a solution to. So, they spent 2 years and over $4 million in development costs to create what is now Brandbassador.


Reporting to our head of Customer Success, you will join our growing Customer Support Team as a part of an exceptional, motivated and successful Customer Success team. We pride ourselves on surprise and delight and going above and beyond to ensure our ambassadors and customers love us. The Customer Success team are one of the most important teams in our entire business and they safeguard our growth by ensuring our customers and users have a first-class experience. It's a challenging role, balancing and solving both users and brands enquiries. You'll be responsible for:


  • Make sure Users and Brands have a great experience on Brandbassador
  • Be first-line support for ambassadors through the Brandbassador in-app chat and Zendesk
  • Being the first point of contact support for Brands through Intercom
  • Suggesting improvements to the Brandbassador App and Admin panel based on feedback from users and customers for them to get the most out of our platform
  • Maintaining all missions from Brandbassador
  • Maintain all actions in notifications on the main Brandbassador dashboard
  • Approving cash payments for Brandbassadors


  • You are good at conveying positive emotions and enthusiasm
  • You are a problem-solver and you see opportunities when others see problems
  • You are a great communicator in oral and written English
  • You write fast on a computer
  • You enjoy solving customers’ issues
  • You are driven by turning a difficult customer into a happy customer
  • You've got relevant experience; with a proven track record in customer support
  • You're ambitious, driven & tenacious; we’re looking for someone who can both grow the role and their career at the same time
  • You're unflappable; you can juggle everything, all at once and it doesn't get you down - you just keep on delivering
