We saw the value of building an ambassador community first hand when building the brand Onepiece, but we also felt the pains of trying to do this at scale, so we build Brandbassador, the marketing tool of our dreams to enable brands to get closer to their fans & build incredible communities. We work with brands such as iDeal of Sweden, PopSockets, MVMT Watches, Daniel Wellington, and the list goes on. Brandbassador was founded by the founders of Onepiece - a pioneer in the adult onesie industry. After experiencing the pain of managing and scaling ambassador marketing, the founders created their own internal system to make life easier. Little did they know, it was a problem countless brands are facing and in desperate need of a solution. So, they spent 2 years and over $4 million in development costs to create what is now Brandbassador.


Reporting to our VP of Sales, you will be joining an exceptional, motivated and successful team. They pride themselves on surprise and delight and going above and beyond to ensure our customers love us. As Marketing Manager you will have 3 core areas of responsibility, these are: Brand Positioning, Demand & Lead Generation and Sales Enablement. 


  • Create measurable marketing strategies that drive revenue and increase brand awareness
  • Guide a team that generates a steady, growing stream of leads each and every week
  • Track, monitor, and report key performance metrics so we see what works
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the executive management team on the strategy, plans, and performance of the various marketing initiatives and campaigns and make recommendations for optimizing
  • Manage a high-performance, results-oriented marketing team to implement the marketing strategy and efficiently achieve the company goals of a growing organization
  • Define and execute a thought leadership plan that positions Brandbassador as experts in ambassador marketing
  • Create and constantly improve processes that drive and optimize marketing and lead generation productivity
  • Managing media & events management
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboard for the business to monitor primary KPI’s and drivers.


  • Experienced SaaS B2B Marketeer with a track record of growing revenue through an inbound and account based marketing strategy
  • You are numbers driven, you understand the relationship between the metrics that drive success & you obsess over how to leverage improve the primary drivers
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Strong interest in word of mouth marketing, specifically Ambassador & Influencer marketing
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. You’re a natural people person, you know how to motivate & get the best out of those around you
  • Domain expert in B2B Marketing techniques and strategies
  • You’re an ambitious, self starter. You love B2B Marketing and aspire to be known as one of the best in the world
