At Brandbassador we are on a mission to enable brands to get closer to their customers, fans and followers. We call this Ambassadorship, it’s when a person connects with a Brand, it’s values & their mission. We saw the value of building an ambassador community first hand when building the brand Onepiece, but we also felt the pains of trying to do this at scale, so we build Brandbassador, the marketing tool of our dreams to enable brands to get closer to their fans & build incredible communities. We work with brands such as iDeal of Sweden, PopSockets, MVMT Watches, Daniel Wellington, and the list goes on. Brandbassador was founded by the founders of Onepiece - a pioneer in the adult onesie industry. After experiencing the pain of managing and scaling ambassador marketing, the founders created their own internal system to make life easier. Little did they know, it was a problem countless brands are facing and in desperate need of a solution. So, they spent 2 years and over $4 million in development costs to create what is now Brandbassador.  

THE ROLE 

 As channel sales manager, you will be responsible for driving sales within a particular channel and to help maximise revenue opportunities with channel partners. You will be our first hire when it comes to Channel Sales, and you will be an integral part of helping us build our Channel Partner strategy. 

YOUR MISSION

  • Implementing an outbound prospecting strategy to open up new partnership opportunities
  • Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners
  • Setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process
  • Regularly meeting with counterparts with partner organisation
  • Monthly reporting on sales KPI’s within channel partner
  • Working to sales and revenue targets as set by the VP of Sales
  • Giving feedback to the commercial team on the success of partner programs
  • Helping shape and define the Channel Partner strategy
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to develop collateral and tools to maximise the success of our partnership strategy

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
  • Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
  • Experience with wordpress, Google analytics, Slideshare, and the top social channels
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales 
  • Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
